Why local matters

You can hire a remote consultant from anywhere. So why work with someone local? Because the businesses that lose the most revenue are the ones where no one is paying attention to the details.

A remote vendor installs a tool and disappears. I walk through your operation, watch how calls get answered (or do not), see how leads are tracked (or are not), and find the leaks that a phone call would miss.

Small business owners trust someone they can sit across from. The in-person conversation is where the real diagnosis happens. It is where you tell me the things you would never type into a form: the calls you miss on busy days, the leads that go cold, the customers who used to come back and do not anymore. That is where the work starts.

Local presence

Local AI automation consulting based in Palm Beach Gardens

TechStack Strategy is based at 12455 Northlake Blvd., Suite 110-4, Palm Beach Gardens, FL 33412, and works in person with service businesses throughout Palm Beach County — from Jupiter and Tequesta down through West Palm Beach, Wellington, Delray Beach and Boca Raton.

That matters more than it sounds. Most automation gets sold remotely off a discovery call, which means the person designing it never sees how your phone actually gets answered on a Saturday, or where the paper still piles up. I would rather drive to you.

The Four Revenue Leaks

Each leak maps to one of the systems I install.

Free Strategy Call

20 minutes by phone. I ask about your systems, your revenue, and where you think you are losing money. You leave with a clear picture of your gaps.

02

On-Site Assessment

I come to your business. I watch how calls get handled, how leads are tracked, where the manual work piles up. I map every revenue leak in a written diagnosis.

03

System Installation

I install the automation systems that close your gaps. AI answering, instant lead follow-up, reactivation campaigns, connected tools. Built on what you already use.

04

Ongoing Optimization

I am a short drive away. Monthly check-ins, system tuning, and new automations as your business grows. Not a vendor who installs and vanishes.

How I start

AI automation starts with watching the work

I do not start by recommending software. I start by seeing how your business actually operates.

Calls

Who answers, when nobody does, and what happens to the ones that go to voicemail.

Lead intake

Where a new inquiry lands, and how long it sits before a human touches it.

Scheduling

How much of someone’s day is spent arranging other people’s days.

Quotes and follow-up

Which estimates went out, and which ones nobody chased.

Customer records

Where they live, how many places they live in, and which copy is right.

Invoicing and handoffs

What gets retyped between the job and the bill.

The technology comes after we identify where time and revenue are being lost. That order is the whole difference between automation that sticks and a subscription nobody opens.

Questions business owners ask about AI automation

What is an AI automation consultant?

An AI automation consultant identifies the repetitive work, missed revenue and disconnected systems inside a business, then designs and installs AI systems that carry that work. In practice that means call answering, lead response, follow-up sequences, scheduling, customer reactivation and the handoffs between your phone, calendar, CRM and invoicing. The consulting part is deciding which work should be automated and which should not. The installation part is building it around the business you already run.

What can AI automate in a small business?

The work that is high-frequency, low-judgment and measurable. Answering calls after hours, replying to a new lead within a minute, booking appointments, sending service reminders, chasing quotes that went quiet, reactivating customers who stopped coming back, and moving information between systems that do not talk. What AI should not carry is the judgment work: pricing an unusual job, handling an upset customer, deciding when to make an exception.

How much does AI automation cost for a small business?

It depends on how many workflows you are changing and how much of your existing stack has to be connected. A single system, such as call answering or lead follow-up, is a far smaller project than connecting calendar, CRM, phone and invoicing into one pipeline. The more useful question early on is what the gap is costing you now, which is what the free automation gap diagnosis is for. You get that number whether or not you build anything with me.

Can AI answer my business phone?

Yes. An AI voice receptionist answers every call, day or night, holds a normal conversation, captures the details you would ask for anyway, and books the job straight into your calendar. Calls that need you get passed to you with the context already collected. For service businesses this is usually the highest-return first build, because a missed call is a job that went to whoever picked up.

Can AI follow up with leads automatically?

Yes, and speed is the whole point. Every web form and missed call can get a reply inside sixty seconds, then a sequence that keeps going until the customer answers or asks you to stop. Most service jobs go to whoever responded first, not to whoever was cheapest. Automating the first reply is how a small team competes with a company that has someone sitting on the phone all day.

Can AI connect to my CRM and scheduling system?

Usually, yes. Most adoption happens around the existing stack rather than by replacing it, connecting the calendar, CRM, phone and invoicing you already use so a booking becomes a job becomes an invoice without anyone retyping it. If a proposal starts with ripping everything out and starting again, the cost and the risk are both in the wrong place.

Can AI reactivate old customers?

Yes, and it is often the fastest money in the building. Most service businesses have a list of past customers who simply stopped coming back, with no system contacting them. Reactivation campaigns work that list automatically: service reminders, seasonal offers and review requests, sent on the schedule the work actually follows rather than when someone remembers.

How quickly can AI automation be installed?

Weeks for a single workflow, if it is genuinely scoped to one. Call answering or lead follow-up can be live quickly because the decision rules are simple and the result is measurable. Projects that stretch for months are usually a symptom of never having chosen which process to change first.

Will AI replace my employees?

Not in a small service business. What it replaces is the part of their day spent retyping information, chasing quotes and answering the same question for the ninth time. The realistic outcome is that the same team handles more work without adding a person, and the people you have spend their time on the parts of the job that need a human.

How do I know which business process to automate first?

Pick the one that is high-frequency, low-judgment and measurable, and where you already know you are losing something. For most service businesses that is missed calls or speed of first response, because both happen daily, both have an obvious right answer, and both are already costing you jobs you never hear about. If you are not sure, the diagnosis is designed to find it.

Really, really good consultants are, unfortunately rare. The really good ones understand the businesses with whom they work at a deep level, they build lasting relationships with their clients, and most importantly, they care. Lisa brings all of those traits and so many more to the work that she does. She is one of the smartest, kindest, and most compassionate people I know. Any business will be exceedingly fortunate to work with her.
