Your next customer may never search for your business
Someone in Palm Beach Gardens needs exactly what your company provides. They do not search Google, visit ten websites and compare every option. They ask: “Who are the best companies near me for this?” ChatGPT gives them three suggestions. Your competitor is there. Your business is not.
You may never know the search happened. There is no abandoned form. No missed call to recover. No lead sitting unanswered in your CRM. The customer simply discovered someone else. Being on page one and being part of the answer are two different challenges, and businesses now need both.
of searches now end without a click on any website
We search for real businesses, live
This is the core of the workshop. We run the questions potential customers actually ask, in the room, and examine what comes back:
- “Who are the best orthodontists in Palm Beach Gardens?”
- “Recommend a company in Palm Beach County that can help automate my business.”
- “What are the best remodeling companies near Palm Beach Gardens?”
- “I need an estate planning attorney in northern Palm Beach County. Who should I consider?”
- “Which local companies specialize in commercial HVAC?”
Then we look at which businesses appear and which do not, which companies appear repeatedly, what information AI is using to describe them, which sources are influencing the answers, and why one competitor has stronger visibility than another. This turns AI search from an abstract marketing concept into something you can see.
What determines whether AI can find you
There is no magic AI keyword and no button that tells ChatGPT to recommend your company. Visibility comes from an ecosystem of information. We break it into six areas.
Your website
A beautiful website that is vague about the basics creates a visibility problem.
- What you do, who you serve, where you operate
- What problems you solve
- Why your expertise is relevant
Your content
Customers do not always search for services by name. They ask questions, describe problems and compare alternatives.
- High-intent buying questions
- Comparison and “what should I consider” questions
- Content that connects questions to your expertise
Your authority
Your website says you are good at what you do. Every website does. Independent signals are what AI weighs.
- Reviews, directories, associations
- Media coverage, interviews, articles
- Professional profiles and local sources
Your business information
If sites describe your company differently or use outdated details, AI has a harder job.
- Matching names, addresses and phone numbers
- Current services and locations
- One clear version of the facts
Your local presence
A company may serve Palm Beach Gardens, Jupiter, West Palm Beach, North Palm Beach, Boca Raton or the whole county. Does its digital presence say so?
- Explicit service areas
- Local relevance signals
- Location-level clarity
The sources AI trusts in your market
When AI answers questions about your industry, where does the information come from?
- Which sites appear as sources
- Which directories and publications
- Which companies get mentioned repeatedly
Your registration includes
Your own AI Search Analysis, built for your business
Every business that registers receives a comprehensive AI search analysis prepared for that business specifically. Not a template and not a score out of 100. We run your business through ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Gemini and Perplexity, and document what those systems say about you today — and what they say about the competitors they recommend instead.
Where you stand today
The actual answers AI engines return for the questions your customers ask, including the wording they use and the sources they cite.
Your gaps
What is missing, wrong or invisible across your website, business information, content, citations and the local sources AI trusts in your market.
Your opportunities
The questions you can realistically win, ranked by how close you already are, so you know what to fix first and what can wait.
Competitor analysis
Which businesses AI names in your category, why it names them, and what they have in place that you do not.
One analysis per registered business, customized to your business and delivered after the workshop. This is $2,500 of work at our normal rate, included in the $250 registration.
What happens in the room
Live ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Google AI searches on real businesses, competitive visibility analysis, and interactive Q&A with the chance to examine your own company.
What you take home
An AI Search Visibility Snapshot for your business, the AI search visibility framework, and a 30-day action plan built around what you actually found.
When you register you provide your website and the services you most want customers to find. We use that to evaluate your AI presence before the workshop, so the session examines your business rather than a hypothetical one.
What you will leave knowing
- How ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Google AI surface businesses
- Whether your company appears for the searches that matter, and what AI currently understands about you
- Which competitors have stronger AI visibility, and why
- Why your website alone is not your entire AI presence
- How to run your own AI visibility searches after the workshop
- Where your biggest gaps are and what to prioritise first
What this workshop will not promise
No legitimate company can guarantee that ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity or Google AI will recommend a particular business, and we will not tell you otherwise. AI answers change. Platforms use different systems. Results vary with the question asked. The goal is to improve your probability of being discovered, not to promise an outcome nobody controls.
Who should attend
Business owners, CEOs and executives who depend on customers finding their company: professional services, healthcare and specialty practices, law firms, financial services, accounting, real estate, home services, construction and remodeling, consulting, B2B services, technology companies and multi-location local businesses.
You do not need to understand SEO. You do not need to be technical. This is not a prompt-writing class, and we will not bury you in GEO, AEO and LLM terminology. It is about one business question: when a prospective customer asks AI who to hire, can your business be part of the answer?
Why attend in person
Because we are going to work. Bring your laptop, your website, the services you most want to be known for, the questions your customers ask, and the names of two or three competitors.
Frequently asked questions
What is the AI Search Analysis included with my registration?
Every registered business receives a comprehensive AI search analysis customized to that business — a $2,500 value, included in the $250 registration. It documents what ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Gemini and Perplexity currently say about your business, the gaps holding you back across your website, business information, content and citations, the questions you can realistically win ranked by how close you already are, and a competitor analysis showing which businesses AI recommends in your category and why. One analysis per registered business, delivered after the workshop.
Why does AI search matter for my business right now?
Because a meaningful share of your customers have already changed how they look for a business. Pew Research Center found in February 2026 that about half of U.S. adults now use AI chatbots and roughly a quarter use them daily, in a survey of 5,119 U.S. adults. When one of them asks an assistant to recommend a business in your category, one of two things happens: your name comes up, or it does not. This workshop shows you which one is happening today, and why.
Will my customers really use AI to find a business like mine?
Some already are, and it varies by industry and by age. You are not asked to take that on faith. During the session we run live AI searches on your actual business and your actual category, so you see the real answers your customers are being given rather than a statistic about someone else's market.
What happens if I do nothing?
Nothing you can see, which is the difficulty. There is no notification when an AI assistant recommends a competitor instead of you. A Google ranking can be checked; an AI recommendation happens inside a private conversation. The businesses that get named tend to be the ones whose information is structured, consistent and easy for a machine to verify, and that is mostly a matter of housekeeping rather than budget.
How is AI search different from ranking on Google?
Google returns ten links and lets the customer choose. An AI assistant usually names one to three businesses and the customer stops there. That changes what matters. It is no longer only where you rank, but whether the AI can confirm who you are, what you do, where you work, and whether other sources agree.
Do I need to know anything about AI?
No. This workshop is designed for business owners and executives, not AI specialists. Everything is explained from a business perspective.
Is this an SEO workshop?
Not exactly. Traditional SEO is part of the discussion because Google and your website remain important. But the workshop focuses on how businesses are being discovered and represented across AI search environments.
I already have an SEO company. Is this still relevant?
Yes. Ask them what happens when someone asks ChatGPT, Gemini or Perplexity to recommend businesses in your category. AI search visibility gives you another lens for evaluating your digital presence.
Is this only for consumer businesses?
No. AI search matters for both B2C and B2B discovery. The searches differ, but the underlying question is the same: can AI understand your expertise and connect your business with a relevant need?
Can you guarantee my business will appear in ChatGPT?
No. Nobody can legitimately guarantee organic placement or recommendations in AI-generated answers. The workshop teaches you how to evaluate and improve the signals that contribute to your overall search and AI visibility.
What should I bring?
A laptop and your website address. Come prepared with your most important services, several questions customers commonly ask, and two or three competitors you would like to examine.
Is the workshop online or in person?
In person. This is a live working session at the Palm Beach Gardens Marriott, 4000 RCA Boulevard. It is not a webinar and it is not recorded — we run live AI searches on the businesses in the room, which only works face to face.
What is the AI Search Visibility Snapshot?
A written record of how AI platforms currently describe and recommend your business: what they get right, what they get wrong, what they leave out, and how you compare with two or three competitors you name on the day. You take it with you, along with a 30-day action plan.
Who should attend?
Owners, founders, and whoever makes the marketing decisions. It is built for people who can act on what they find, not for a technical team. One registration covers one seat, and you are welcome to send a colleague in your place.
How much does the workshop cost?
Registration is $250 per person when you book directly on this page, which covers the 90-minute working session, your AI Search Visibility Snapshot, the competitive analysis and a 30-day action plan. You can also register through Eventbrite if you prefer. One registration covers one seat.
